Execution

Thrive Partners has significant experience not only in providing strategic advice, but also in assisting clients to implement.  During the course of our work, we anticipate and plan for the management of change.  This includes such things as stakeholder involvement in initiatives, and the assessment of the expected impact of change to various organizations and functions.  We deliver our strategic advice along with execution plans and make ourselves available to clients to oversee execution in a subsequent phase of work. Our experience tells us that some of the best ideas and strategies fail due to insufficient program management during execution.


In a Program Management capacity, Thrive Partners will work with your key project champions and stakeholders to be sure that the details are attended to and that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.  Furthermore, we will allocate the right amount of time to coordinating initiatives and handling the inevitable unforeseen challenges that occur during execution, and assist you to overcome them.  We can assume this role via one individual, or in the form of a Program Management Office with supporting resources, depending on the size of the initiative and client needs.

In select cases, Thrive Partners steps in and assumes a senior executive role for a transitional period to help drive plans to actions and/or to fill a temporary hole in executive leadership. In these instances, we can also help to transfer knowledge and/or know-how to key client resources to allow sustained results from change programs. We can also play a role in defining executive role descriptions and support executive recruiting efforts to find full-time replacements for after we move on.
