Many companies find that due to evolving strategies, market factors, and/or company growth that their organization models need to evolve.  This evolution addresses focusing personnel on items of strategic importance to the business, as well as addressing issues of market coverage and inter-organizational coordination.  Many times, when an organization is not optimally constructed for the strategy in place, company culture, and the external market factors impacting the business, the results can be employee frustration, poor or declining key performance metrics, and/or difficulty achieving strategic objectives according to plan.
